What can you do to help?

There are things you can do right now to help the campaign for government investment in public libraries.

Petition the Government

The Greens’ petition to the Government is calling for an inquiry into public libraries and the introduction of regulations that set up a fair and adequate funding model. Download the petition, collect signatures and help us push the Government to respond.

Send a message to the Government

Take the time to write a personal email message or letter to the Deputy Premier and Minister for the Arts, expressing your support for increased and improved library funding. Make use of the information on this site and other resources, but also make sure you explain why libraries matter to you. If you write a letter, send it to:

The Hon. Troy Grant MP,
Minister for the Arts,
GPO Box 5341,
Sydney NSW 2001
